1964 NORDIC FOLKBOAT 25'

1964 FOLKBOAT 25'. Broker says, "This 1964 Folkboat is a clinker built wooden sloop and was designed in 1942 by the Scandinavian Yacht Racing Union. As of 2009, more than 4000 Nordic Folkboats have been built. The Folkboat can be raced, and there are active fleets throughout the world. She will also make a nice dayboat or weekend cruiser. The boat is rigged as a simple fractional sloop, with minimal standing rigging. Despite the simplicity of the rigging, the mast is highly stable, enabling the Folkboat to sail well in light and heavy air." LOA: 25' 2". Beam: 7' 3". LWL: 19' 8". Max Draft: 3' 11". Displacement: 4,300. Wooden boom and mast, two cabin top winches, two primary winches, two Boston main sails, two Boston jibs, spinnaker. Honda 2hp outboard, steel cradle (trailer not included).
